We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return your item for and exchange or refund please note:

* Our policy lasts 15 days.    If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

 * Contact us using the "Contact form". We will reply to you with further steps.

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition  that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging and with all tags.

  We will not accept returns on lingerie that has been damaged or worn.

  Please note that due to hygiene  regulations we can not accept returns on  Panties.

* Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

* Sale items (if applicable)
 Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items can not be refunded.

* You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Bella Signature is proud of provide high quality pieces. Every item is  checked  and carefully packet prior dispatch. However if your item is damaged in the post please contact us immediately through the "Contact " form or by e-mail:  sales@bellasignature.co.uk. 

 We will require an image of the damaged item.
