Lingerie. Every piece of Lingerie is handmade in our studio in Dorset ( England) exclusively for you, therefore please allow us about 7-10 days to process and dispatch your order.

Clothing / Jewellery / Handbags and Accessories will be dispatch within 2 days.

Bella Signature items are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and silver organza bag and sent it in a lovely gift box tied up with a ribbon and a tag to write your personal message.

* UK orders will be sent via 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For with a fixed delivery fee of £3. Delivery takes around 1-3 working days after dispatch.

Tracking confirmation e-mail will be sent out once dispatched.

* European orders could be sent :

-------via Royal Mail International Standard ( Not Tracked) with a delivery fee of £4.50. Delivery takes around 3-5 working days.

-------via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed with a delivery fee of £9. Delivery takes around 3-5 working days after dispatch.

* International orders could be sent :

--------via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed with a flat rate shipping of £9. Delivery takes around 7-15 working days after dispatch.

---------via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed with a delivery fee of £13. Delivery takes around 7-15 working days after dispatch.

Please note that you will be responsible for any duties and taxes on international orders.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
